We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2025, at the age of 95, Sofiya Ninburg (Rochester, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Malka Ninburg and Boruch Ninburg; and her husband Boris Astanovsky. She is survived by: her son Boris Lyubkin; her grandchildren, Maria Liubkina and Elizaveta Liubkina; and her great grandchildren, Raphael and Samuel.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (1133 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the George's Restaurant (1601 Penfield Rd, Rochester, NY 14625).
