Sonia M. Santos Obituary

We announce the death of Sonia M. Santos of Rochester, New York, who passed away on August 11, 2026, at the age of 89. Sonia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Zayas and Fuljencia Rodriquez. She is survived by: her significant other Herminio Rosario Santos; her children, Carmen Reyes Adamski (Thomas), Herminio Santos Jr., Nydia Socha (Christopher), Wilfredo Santos, Maida Robinson (Robbie) and Ruben Santos (Wanda); her grandchildren, Lissette, Lorraine, Monique, Roberto Jr., Aleena, Nina, Sonia Noami, Ruby, William, Damaris, Orlando, Demetrius, Ruben and Leticia; and her brothers, Victor Zayas and Ralph Zayas (Patricia). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
