We announce the death of Sophia Moolekamp (Rochester, New York), who passed away on July 24, 2026. Sophia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Linda and Joseph Yantachka Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Fred Moolekamp and Cyndi Moolekamp (Yantachka); her brother Zen Moolekamp; her grandparents, Fred Moolekamp Jr. and Karen Tonnesen; and her aunts and uncles, Amanda Moolekamp, Lisa, PJ McMahon and Joseph Yantachka. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and beloved friends.
