Otis; his stepdaughters, Carolyn Toal and Katharine Toal; his grandchildren, Isabella Lewis, Riley Toal and Bryce Rafferty; his sisters, Stephanie Congdon (Patrick) and Kearsten Blake (David); his stepmother Rochelle Otis; and his parents-in-law, John F. and Joyce A. Kovack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
