He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Steier and Shirley Steier; and his brother James Steier. He is survived by: his siblings, Patti Goodwin (Ray) and Dave Steier (Donna Cubiotti); and his nieces and nephews, Emily Lessig, David Steier, Jr., Amanda Lash-Steier, Julia Fellows and Jacob Florack. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
