He is survived by: his wife Jean Twilliger (Trendell); his sons, Stephen (Amanda) and Kevin (Laura); his brothers, Tom Twilliger (Laura), Edward Twilliger (Debbie) and Raymond; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Catherine, Owen and Alden.
