She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Behrendt and Hanna [Meyer] Behrendt; and her husband Dr. Avrum Esan. She is survived by: her brother Thomas Behrendt; her children, David Esan (Elaine) and Esther Spasser (Roni); and her grandchildren, Jesse Esan (Christina Schilling), Eitan Esan (Leah), Nadav Esan (Kayla), Channah Esan, Iddo Spasser (Efrat), Gilad Spasser (Mor) and Yael Levi (Guy). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
