Teresa touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Teresa’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her father James C. McCoy; and her sister Cynthia McCoy-Schuyler. She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Wilson (Aja Guzman) and Lance A. Marriott; her granddaughter Luna L. Wilson; her mother Fanny L. Owens; and her siblings, James A. McCoy and Paulette Sexton (Corey). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Covenant Church of God (1276 Clifford Ave, Rochester, NY 14621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
