He is survived by: his wife Gayle Boehm; his children, Liz Parrotte (Keith), Michelle Flores (Mike), Paul Anderson (Paula), Chris Boehm (Noel) and Jerry Frank (Demi); his grandchildren, Steven (GF Layla), Nicole (John), Nicholas (GF Carly), Drake, Ethan (GF Morgan), Morgan, Eddie, Ellis and Connor; and his daughter Barb Cordes. He is also survived by friends and family at Orchard View; his sisters.
