He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Kauffman and Ruth Kauffman. He is survived by: his spouse Jeff Fowler; his sons, TJ (Laura) and Steve (Paola); his grandchildren, Thomas Jack, Hannah, Glory, Leah and Ava; and his siblings, Mary St (Patrick), Barb Wyse, Karen Scott (Robert), Cheryl (Amy Hay), Madlyn Cassata (Robert), Patty Kirkland (Al Spangenburg), Rita Doran, Liz Dence (Dave), George (Lori), Kevin (Lindsey) and Edward (Paula). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
