It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas James Jerzak (Rochester, New York), who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Jerzak. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Jerzak (Stevely); his wife Cindy (Garvelli); his children, Nicholas and Nicole; his sister Theresa Thiele (Dan); his father-in-law Ralph Garvelli (late Dolly); his brother-in-law Mark Garvelli (Jody); his nieces and nephews, Joe (Haley), Jacob (Kelsey), Justin Garvelli, Danielle Thiele and Samantha Jenks (Isaiah); his great-nieces, Kinsley, Karter Garvelli and Harper Jenks; and his aunt JoAnn. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
