He was predeceased by: his son Michael LaChiusa (Denise). He is survived by: his wife Diane LaChiusa (Mack); his children, Lee Briggs, Jeanelle LaChiusa Follett (Joseph), Joseph LaChiusa (Amanda) and Clare LaChiusa Smith; his grandchildren, Andrew, Anthony LaChiusa, Michael Jr., Justin Lovelace, Kaitlyn Smith, Kiley, Keira and Tomi LaChiusa; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Enright, Roman LaChiusa and Gianni Campione. He is also survived by Cousins and many dear friends.
