He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bell; his sons, Thomas Bell (Michele), Steven Bell, William Bell and Joseph Bell (Michelle); his grandchildren, Timothy, Kara, Caitlyn, Ashley and Kaci; and his siblings, John Bell, Cathy Axtell and Susan Ellison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
