He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Mack (Monti); his daughters, Debbie Monti and Laurie Custozzo (Scott); his grandchildren, Amanda Custozzo, Steven Custozzo, Gianna Monti, Yufan Lin and Theo Lin; his daughter Julie Bisciotti (Nick); his grandchildren, Victoria Bisciotti and Alex Bisciotti; his son Thomas Mack (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Maggie, Emily and Carleigh Gaylord. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
