He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Howard and Walter Howard. He is survived by: his children, Charlene Casey (Shane) and Jason Low (Christina); his granddaughters, Jessilynn, Makayla and Ella; his great grandchildren, Kace and Kalea; and his sister Nancy Wagner (Rod).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to his granddaughter Makayla's high school robotics team.
