He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Phillips and Marylou Phillips; and his brother John Phillips (Jacque). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Phillips, Daniel Phillips (Bonnie) and Laurie Phillips (Jay); and his aunt Ann Groth (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
