As Walter departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Walter leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Rollow; his children, William Hart (Holli), JaymeLyn Hart (Nelson) and Mystee Rollow (Angel); his siblings, Mechell LaMere (Alfred) and Robert Buck (Tammy); and his friends, Evely J. McDonald and John M. Handley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Lodge in Webster Park (584 County Rd 10, Webster, NY 14580).
