He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his son John Cook (Tammy); his grandsons, Andrew Cook (Natalie), Robert Cook and Matthew Cook (Emma); his great grandchildren, Hazel, Piper, Aubrey and Nova; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Waingarten (Danny), Patricia Halt, Connie Taylor (Tom), Susan Mack (Danny Meyer) and Stephen Mack (Vera); and his nieces and nephews, Anna Mack, Samara Meyer, David Waingarten, Rick Pettit, Joel Taylor, Simon Meyer and Jeremy Mack. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
