He is survived by: his children, Kara Chappell, Gabriel Chappell of Dansville, Billie Chappell of Cohocton and Dylan Chappell of Rochester; his spouse Isaiah Mark; and his siblings, Raymond Chappell (Anita), Adam Rathburn (Tasha) of Ohio, Heather Hillyard and Holly Hall (Craig) of Rochester. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews.
