He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Phillips (David), Rebecca Lamphier (Les) and Holly McFadden; his siblings, Danny Carr (Nancy) and Bonnie Carr; and his friend Donny Whiteside (Karen). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
