He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Jason O'Hara (Andrea) and Shannon Ozkaynak (Atilla); his grandchildren, Riley, Aidan, Samantha, Ava and Jason; and his brothers, Michael O'Hara (Laurie), Raymond Richter (Diana) and Robert Richter (Christine). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
