He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynne; his sons, Douglas (Cate Cornish) and Cody Bennett (Devyn); his grandson Henry William Bennett; his mother Joan Wyland; his sisters, Jane Vavrick (Frank) and Judy Fleck (Vince); his nieces and nephews, Missy LeBeau (Marc), Greg Vavrick (Kathy), Devon Beach and Tyler Mosher (Ashley); his uncle Jay Boyce (Bev); his cousins, Bob Floyd (Karen), Jenny Osborne (Chris) and Jeff Boyce (Wendy); his father Robert; and his sister Jean. He was also cherished by his four sisters-in-law, along with their husbands.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Vay-Schleich and Meeson (1075 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626).
