He is survived by: his close friend Freddy'Butch'Garnier; his wife Judy Koehler; his children, Kathy Koehler, William Koehler II and Beckey Wallace; his son-in-law Lee Wallace; his grandchildren, Zakery Mussaw (Jasmyn), Zabryna Mussaw, Courtney Seo (Jin) and Carleigh Wallace; his great grandchildren, Katylin and Olivia Mussaw; his grandchild Louie Seo; his precious baby Wilbur; and his pet Wilbur. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
