Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Forrest Palmer and Jeanne Palmer (Freer); his daughter Colette; his grandchildren, Addie and Vinny; and his siblings, Laurie, Ken and Matt.
