She was predeceased by: her daughter Melonee Caterina; her husband Robert Brass; her parents, Edward Sr. Cragg and Ruth Cragg; her close friend Joseph Mykins Jr.; her brothers, Edward Cragg Jr. and Kenneth Cragg; and her nephew Jason Cragg.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Brass; her brother William Cragg; her granddaughter Annaleese Brass; her sister-in-law Patricia Cragg; her goddaughter Kathy Honan (Scott); her nephews, Brian Cragg (Barbara) and Jeff Cragg (Joyce); her niece Robin Casella; Charles Ray, Ben and Anthony. She is also survived by friends in the bird.
Yvonne R. Brass will be remembered not only for her contributions to the avian community but also for the love and kindness she extended to all who knew her.
