He was predeceased by: his father Harold Rappleye (Pete). He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Goossen (Harry); his son Joseph Swarthout; and his siblings, Harold J. Rappleye (Vivian), Randy Rappleye (Tina), Darlene Rappleye and Kim Delong (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
