She was predeceased by : her parents, William Sopp and Myrtle Johnson Sopp; her husband Edward P. Bielec; her grandson Adam Blackburn; and her siblings, William, Howard Sopp and Geraldine Mitchell.

She is survived by : her children, Paul Bielec (Barbara) of Madison, WI, Leslie Blackburn (Mark) of Rome and Lynn Hirst; her grandchildren, Elin Beer (Mark), Aaron Blackburn, Derek Blackburn (Catie), Will Bielec and Leslie Coleman; her great grandchildren, Laina Beer, Noah and Wyatt Blackburn; her sister Norma Janosko of Grand Prairie, TX; and her caregivers, Anna, Lisa and Gail. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
