He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Rasha and Mona Davis Rasha. He is survived by: his wife Bihong Cai; his daughter Wenbin; his siblings, Kevin Rasha and Laurie; his brother-in-law Geoffrey Bartlett; his siblings' children, Derek Bartlett and Kaitlin Bartlett (Kees van Haasteren); and his great-niece Quinn van Haasteren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nicholas J Bush Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delta United Methodist Church (6285 Hawkins Corners Rd, Rome, NY 13440).
