He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Boyd Hawkins of Rome; his siblings, Brad of Rome, Busby Hawkins (Lori) of Rome, Tim (Williams), Rhonda Hawkins of Jersey City, NJ, Rochelle Hawkins of Pittsburgh, PA and Renee Hawkins of Middletown, NY; his mother-in-law Lee Bryant of Rome; his sister-in-law Marilyn Hawkins of Rome; and his siblings' children, Krystal Hawkins, Nicole Putrello, Amber Chisholm, Brandon Hawkins, Elliott Chisholm and Justin Boyd. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
