He was predeceased by : his parents, George Neidl and Rosemary Neidl (Joynt); his wife Anne E. Besenfelder; and his brother Thomas Neidl. He is survived by : his children, Cynthia Neidl, Michael Neidl, Scott Neidl (Emy) and Richard Neidl (Meghan); his sisters, Carol Ann Stagner (Gerald) and Judy Ripka (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Scott, Bobbie, Billie, Samantha, Theodore, Joshua, Michael, Julia, Arabella, Alex, Harper and Ellie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
