He is survived by: his wife Linda Gacina; his sons, Jeffrey (Rick) and Kyle Balch (Eryn); his stepsons, Michael (Sherry) and Issiah Gacina (Heather); his siblings, Dale Balch (Terry) and Barbara Kotary; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Brement (Michelle), Ron Brement (Patti) and Diana Ruscito (John); and his grandsons, Levi, Jax Balch and Irvin Gacina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
