She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Adams and Mary Crassman Adams; and her son Robert "Bob" Rood. She is survived by: her son Stewart; her daughter-in-law Sharon Rood of Rome; her siblings, Elizabeth Pettinelli of Rome, William (Rosemarie Adams) and Thomas (Marli Adams); and her granddaughters, Catherine, Caroline and Madalyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
