He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Harney; and his in-laws, Joseph A. Roser and Alberta M. Roser (Coonrod). He is survived by: his mother Gloria Harney (Parkhurst); his pet Immi; his wife Cindy (Roser); his children, Robert Harney (Juan) and Kaeli Jo Harney (Connor); his granddaughter Abigale; his siblings, Shirley Suda (Robert), Jeanne Durgan (Donald), Diane Mason (Doug) and Charles Harney; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Roser (Paula) and Joseph Roser (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great- nieces and nephews.
