He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Lane and Mavis M. Lane; his wife Lucille Jane Cornish Lane; and his siblings, Wilma Sickels, Forest and Melford Lane.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Jusak (Paul), Roberta Piche (Jon), Abbe Eyre, Thomas Lane (Laura) and Richard Lane (Dawn); his grandchildren, Jeremy Jusak, Heather Bosscher, Christine Piche, Michael Piche, Jamie Araki, Jason Eyre, Kaycie Lane, Benjamin Lane, Matthew Lane, Cara Lane, Mackenzie Lane and Cole Lane; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Juliet, Jennevieve Araki, Olivia, Lucas Piche and Liliana Harris.
