She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Kurtz and Louise Kurtz (Rogers); her husband John Chmielewski; her children, Brittany Kurtz and Tyler Nicholaus; her stepchildren, John Chmielewski II, Derek Chmielewski and Sarah Chmielewski; and her brother Michael Kurtz, Jr.. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
