He was predeceased by: his father Donald Sexton; and his sister Anne. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Sexton (Pillmore); his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Nancy (Dooley); his granddaughter Mikayla; and his brothers, Bruce (Jackie), Brian (Marie), Gary (Sholeh) and Dennis (Gail). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Rome Memorial Hospital Extended Care Fund.
