He was predeceased by : his parents, John O'Brien and Wilma O'Brien (Swarthout); and his siblings, Patricia Drew, Clifford, John and Bruce.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Jean Weber; his children, Ashley Vinci (AJ), David O'Brien (Jessica) and Justin O'Brien; his siblings, Lynn Martin, Jan Amicci, Steven and Thomas O'Brien; his grandchildren, Anthony, Addyson Vinci and Blake O'Brien; and his brothers, Yorkies, Fawn Bella and Little Bitty Bailey.
