He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Eunice Smith (Deuel). He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Amos; his sons, Jeffrey Smith of Atlanta, GA and Todd Smith (Jaime Knout) of Rome, NY; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jase and Brynlee Smith.
