We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2026, at the age of 68, Debbie L. Smith (Rome, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Younglove and Arnold Younglove; and her brother Bill Younglove. She is survived by: her husband Austin H. Smith of Rome; her children, Mark Ringrose (Anne) of Rome, Brian Ringrose of Kentucky, Lori "Shawn" Baker and AJ Smith of Rome; her grandchildren, Michael, Cole, Kaycee, Damion, Katalaya and Kayde; and her siblings, Barbara DeVincenzo (Ken) of Rome and Don Younglove (Chris) of South Carolina.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
