He is survived by: his mother Gloria Kotary (Ashley); his daughter Donna Kotary; his nieces, Gloria Wright (Wally Sr.) and Jeanette Myers; his great-nephews, Wally Wright, Jr., Ryan Wright, Ethan Myers and Dylan Myers; and his brother-in-law Charles Brundage.
