She was predeceased by: her parents, Woldemar G. Schmalfuss and Helen Schmalfuss (Huttner); and her husband Ben. She is survived by: her children, Uwe Seel (Eva) of Strueth, Germany and Andrea Chittum of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Ashley LaMonica, Craig Pawlikowski, Annika Sallner and Marco Seel; and her great grandchildren, Dani and Nina.
