He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Seifert and Irene Taylor Seifert; and his wife Patrica Seifert. He is survived by: his sons, Michael F. Seifert (Lia) of Rome, NY. and Eric N. Seifert (Kim) of Rome, NY.; his brothers, Frederick N. Seifert of Nashua, NH and Arthur G. Seifert of Rome; his grandchildren, Cassandra Prasad (Apoorv), Michael T. Seifert (April), Matthew Costello and Patrick Costello (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Natalie Prasad, Sadie, Jack Seifert, Marco and Isabella Costello.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Francis's memory to Rome Rescue Mission 413 E. Dominick St, Rome, NY.
