He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Johnson and Dorothy Chetwynde Johnson; his granddaughter Angela; and his sister Doreen Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bunal; his sons, Frank Johnson and Amedeo Johnson (Chrystal); his grandchildren, AJ, Allyson, Amethyst, Tyler, Ethan and Anthony; and his siblings, Jane Pierce, Christal Carley, Wendy Johnson, Kevin Johnson and Wayne Johnson (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Floyd Fire Department, the Foothills Rural Community Ministry, or a charity of one's choice.
