He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Milliman and Ruth Parker; and his nephews, Brenden J. Powell and James Milliman. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Milliman, Allan Kentner and Jim Milliman; and his daughters, Catrina Milliman and Meghan Stoetzel. He is also survived by spouses; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
