It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George B. Sgroi of Rome, New York, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Sgroi and Lenore Violante Sgroi; and his brothers, Dr. Charles Sgroi and David Sgroi. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Sgroi; his children, George J. Sgroi (Gail), Sabrina Katz (Jeffrey) and Lenore Williams; and his grandchildren, Kyra Katz, Ethan Williams and Mikayla Katz. He is also survived by brother, Robert Sgroi, Florida and nieces, nephews and cousins.
