He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Livingston and Barbara Livingston; his grandson Dustin Livingston; and his sisters, Joan Grau and Gloria Haug.

He is survived by: his former wife Joan A. Scanlon; his children, Deborah Baer (Walt), Diana Livingston, Janet Livingston (George Evans), Karen Martel (Ron) and Daniel Livingston; his sister Delores Jones; his grandchildren, Nicole Cataldo (Karl), Natalie Lusher (Steve) and Devin Feldmeyer; his great grandchildren, Alex, Samantha (Justin), Olivia, Madden and Mason; and his great great grandchild Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Harry's memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Rome Humane Society.
