It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Clifton Thorpe (Rome, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Thorpe (Chandler); his children, Jessica Thorpe of Buffalo, NY and Clifton Thorpe (Vanessa) of Hurricane, WV; his granddaughter Maisha Sebastiany (Lee) of Duarte, CA; his children, Stephanie Thorpe, Natalie Thorpe (WV) of Hurricane and Leslie Stark (Kalib) of Cincinnati; his grandchild Kahlil Davis of Buffalo, NY; his great grandchildren, Gibran Pierce, Azariah Sebastiany and Khepri Davis; and also, Westin and Nyla Starks.
