He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Ramsdale, and Howard Ramsdale, Sr.; and his siblings, Ronald Ramsdale and Gail Ramsdale. He is survived by: his wife Lois Trophia of Peter's Church; his daughter Heather Ramsdale; his son-in-law Jaime Treadwell; and his grandson Baxter Treadwell (Shirley Ketchum).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home Inc. - Rome (418 N George St, Rome, NY 13440). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:20 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Rome, NY, Inc., honoring Howie's love for nature and all living things.
