We are sad to announce that, on February 5, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Howard Williams of Rome, New York, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Howard Williams to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cleveland and Mary Cleveland; his wife June Waterman; and his stepson Harvey "Hap" Potter, Jr.. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ronda Weismore (Ernest); his grandchildren, Shane Weismore (Laura) and Kristine Gay (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Brandon and Cheyanne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
