He is survived by: his children, Ethan, Jacob and Lego; his wife Jody Baker (Perry) of Rome, NY; his daughter Arianna Baker of Rome, NY; his father Michael Baker of Johnsburg, NY; his brother Josh Smith (Erica) of Chestertown; his parents-in-law, Linda Bennett (Frank) of Warrensburg and Jerry Perry of Warrensburg; his sisters-in-law, Melissa Mallory (Randy) of Warrensburg and Jerri Bellanger of Queensbury; his nieces and nephews, Desiree Mathis (Jason), Averi Bellanger, Jordan Mallory, Nicholas Hitchock and Nathaniel Smith; and his cousins, William Allen Jr. and Thomas Allen.
